01 — UX DESIGN
UX design for products that think ahead
Most software waits for instructions. We design products that anticipate them. Be Genius treats AI as a design material — like color, type or motion — and builds interfaces where intelligence feels native, not bolted on. From first research session to shipped design system, we design the product and the way it thinks.
What you get
- Product strategy and user research — including how (and whether) AI should show up in your product at all
- End-to-end UX flows: onboarding, core loops, edge states, and the new patterns AI demands — streaming states, confidence, undo
- UI design and design systems your engineers can actually ship, tokens to components
- Prototypes with real model output in them — not lorem ipsum pretending to be intelligence
How it works
- Map the genius. We audit how your team actually works — and find where intelligence compounds fastest.
- Build the agents. Design, automation and agents ship in weekly increments. First agent live in 14 days.
- Multiply. Your team reviews, agents execute, output compounds. We stay until it runs itself.

Frequently asked questions
What makes UX design for AI products different?
AI products are probabilistic: the same input can produce different outputs. That breaks classic UX assumptions, so we design for streaming responses, uncertainty, correction loops and trust-building — patterns most design agencies have never had to ship.
Do you only design AI products?
No. We design conventional products too — but we always ask where intelligence would remove work for your users, because that is usually where the differentiation lives.
How do you hand off to engineering?
Design systems with tokens and component specs, plus prototypes wired to real model outputs where it matters. Our designs feed the same pipeline as our automation work, so what we design is what ships.
