The Santa Run Puebla: a Christmas race brought to life online.
The Santa Run Puebla invites families to experience a Christmas race dressed as Santa. We designed and developed its event website to bring that atmosphere online, explain the experience and help visitors find their next step: explore the race, register or contact the organizers.
The challenge
An event website needs to do more than announce a date. Families want to understand the experience, runners need practical information, and companies need a way to ask about sponsorship or group participation. The challenge was to make those journeys easy to find while conveying the festive character of The Santa Run Puebla.
An experience worth exploring
The site combines animated storytelling, seasonal visual effects and an interactive 3D presentation with clear information about the race. Visitors can explore the distances, what participation includes and the wider event experience before following the registration link.
A photo gallery gives the event a human face, while dedicated FAQ and contact pages help visitors resolve practical questions. Responsive layouts and mobile navigation keep these sections accessible on smaller screens.
From interest to registration
Registration calls to action lead to asdeporte, the external platform where participants choose their distance and purchase their entry. The event website presents the information and links into that registration journey; ticket sales and checkout are handled by asdeporte.
WhatsApp links provide separate inquiry paths for participants, potential sponsors and corporate groups, with a relevant message already prepared. The sponsorship page gives businesses context before they contact the organizers.
The delivered website
The result is a responsive event website that brings the experience, practical information, gallery and inquiry paths into one place. Visitors can explore the event and continue to the appropriate registration or contact channel. Event details are maintained centrally in the project so information can be updated as the edition develops.
